Orthopaedic surgeon Dr. Matthew Lafleur is a fellowship-trained spine specialist who treats adult spinal deformities, including severe degenerative arthritis, fractures and untreated or advanced scoliosis. He is supported in the clinic and operating room by Physician Assistant Marc Pitre, who has extensive experience in spinal orthopaedic care.

Dr. Lafleur’s goal is to build a strong relationship with you so he can fully understand your condition and design the right care plan with you. He is specially trained in lumbar fusion surgery, which avoids disruption to the back muscles and allows for a better recovery.
